48 hour's notice is required to cancel an appointment to avoid being charged.

A patch test is required for all eyelash or brow tints, Lash Lift and express lash extensions. This must be carried out in the salon at least 48 hours prior to treatment.

Covid guidelines require us to carry out new patch tests no less than 2 weeks after a positive PCR test, as well as after first & second vaccines to ensure no sensitivity has developed.

Prices are correct at the time of publishing. We welcome cash, debit or credit card payments.

Gift vouchers can be purchased for specific treatments or monetary value of your choice. These will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase & can be post dated if being bought in advance for a birthday or Christmas.

Parking Eye cameras are in operation in the main car park. These allow for 3 hours free parking between 7am - 7pm. If you are going to be on site for longer than 3 hours, simply give your car registration number to a member of staff in the salon, cafe or hairdressers & we will register it on the system to exempt you from any charges for the day.
